PLATTSBURGH — Tuesday, the Hornets and Vikings met in the pool and Plattsburgh came out on top winning all but one swimming event.
The final score was 112-57.
Marrissa Silver, Kasey Fuller, Kiley Kretser,Kara Kretser and Allie Coupal were multiple winners for the Hornets.
Silver took home the win in the 200 freestyle, 100 freestyle and was part of both the 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams.
Kasey Fuller won both the 200 individual medley and the 100 breaststroke.
Kara Kretser was part of the 200 medley relay team that placed first at 2:15.97. She also won the 100 backstroke and was part of the 400 freestyle relay with Silver and Kiley Kretser.
Kiley Kretser’s second win came from winning the 500 freestyle.
Coupal was the winner in the 100 butterfly but also was part of the 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams.
Moriah’s Teagyn Maness was the team’s only event winner, winning the 50 freestyle in 27.98.

CLINTONVILLE — The Nighthawks won six of the 11 events to pull away from the Patriots, 102-68.
Peru’s Mia Coupal walked away with three victories, winning the 200 freestyle, 100 backstroke and for being a part of the 400 freestyle relay team.
Nighthawk Helena Cordick doubled down with wins in the 50 freestyle and 100 butterfly.
AuSable Valley’s Sophie Kabeli was a part of multiple victories. Individually, she won the 200 individual medley and 500 freestyle. She was also a part of the winning 200 medley and 200 freestyle relay teams.
Patriots Annie Manion, Julia Lynch and Hannah Tremblay were also double winners as they teamed up with Kabeli to win the relays.
Lynch also individually won the 100 breaststroke.
Peru’s Danika Clowney won the 100 freestyle.
Nighthawks Cordick, Coupal, Maddison Mero and Emma Chase won the 400 freestyle relay.
